Well, Egypt is exploding along with much of the middle east. 40% unemployment, 50% making a dollar a day and one report I hear said that over the past thirty years Mubarak and his family has spirited fifty billion dollars out of the country. I bet he has a lot of friends who helped too. Those poor people. They don't need Democracy... they need Liberty and true Justice. They might get Democracy for while, but I doubt that they will get Liberty or Justice. Some great leader will tell them lies that they will want to believe and then steal their freedom from them.

It is an old story. Back in the early 1900s the Russians had Mensheviks and Bolsheviks. The Mensheviks were the moderate ones. The Bolsheviks were the real radicals. Guess who came out on top? Mostly by killing all who disagreed with them. Yeah, your right. The Bolsheviks.

So this got me to thinking about all the current hate speech and I thought I would do a search on YouTube. Here is what I got for the first page of my search.

I put up the first two for your consideration. Listen to the words. The one on the left is what the left had about the right. The one on the right is what the right had about the left. Sorry, but the profanity is what they really said. It kind of says it all but I'll let you decide.

Here is what Glenn Beck says. You know. That hate monger. Oops, I guess someone got it backwards!

How does this relate to us today? Here is an idea from Glenn Beck.

1) "Groups from the hardcore socialist left, and extreme Islam will work together because of the common enemy of Israel."

2) "Groups from the hardcore socialist left and extreme Islam will work together because of the common enemy of capitalism."

3) "Groups from the hardcore socialist left, and extreme Islam will work together to overturn relative stability, because the in the status quo, they are both ostracized from power and the mainstream in most of the world."

Now I think you can compare the Mensheviks with the Progressives and the Bolsheviks with the extreme Islamists. The thing to remember is that while both groups are vicious, when push comes to shove the Bolsheviks will prevail every time. Nasty as the Mensheviks are they are just not ready to kill everyone including themselves, the Bolsheviks are.

As King Théoden said, "What can men do against such reckless hate?" I think there are many things we can do. We can elect officials that are truthful and honest and brave. How can we do that? The Bible tells us in Proverbs 20:11

We need to look at what a person has done. If his or her words do not match their actions vote them out of office. Get the true story about our leaders. You need to do your homework.

Have a reason why you believe what you believe. If you are like so many people, both liberal and conservative, who have no reasons to believe the things they believe, you need to reassess your life and your priorities. Think before you vote. Honorable leaders are charged to protect the people. Romans 13:3-4 states:

Our leaders have tremendous power but so do you. You have the power to vote. Are you following what our leaders are doing? Are they doing what you want them to do or are they simply looking to control us, line their own pockets with our money and make us do what they want us to. You are the one that has to decide. Study the issues and VOTE!

OK, How do I say this without being offensive. I am really interested in what you say but I don't give a flying passage of gas in a hot place about what you think!

WOW, what does that mean? Simply this. I am interested in what you say about the things I say and you can tell the truth to me because you can't offend me. That is because I don't care about what you think of me! You can FLAME me, Rant and Rave, say you love me or say you hate me, it's all the same to me!

I am interested in how you come to whatever opinion you have, why you say what you say. Lately, I keep hearing and reading about people who say they HATE, absolutely HATE Palin, Beck, O'Reilly, Fox, ETC. They are just liar, liar pants on fire. However, they never seem to be able to give proof or at least some kind of reason for what they say. I gave you reasons why I feel as I do so if you disagree with me can you give me some reason why?

So there you go. Tell me what you think. I promise to read what you say but I will not write back because I don't care what you think. I only care about what you say!
